The Directors of Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc
announce that they have declared an interim dividend for the six months ended
31 July 2007, of 1.5p per share, payable on 26 October 2007 to Ordinary
Shareholders on the register on 28 September 2007. The shares will be quoted
ex-dividend on 26 September 2007.
