Dividend Declaration

The Company has today declared a fourth interim dividend in respect of the
financial period ending 30 June 2014 of 5.72 pence per ordinary share, payable
on 22 August 2014 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 1 August 2014.
The ex-dividend date will be 30 July 2014.
