Dividend Declaration

The Company has today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the
financial period ending 30 June 2015 of 5.5p per ordinary share, payable on 
20 February 2015 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 30 January 2015. 
The ex-dividend date will be 29 January 2015.
