The Company has today received notification that, following the disposal of
134,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited (FIL) and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries no longer have a notifiable interest in the issued share
capital of the Company.
