    21,548,111 (10.03%). MAGIM has sole investment power but no voting power   
    over funds managed for and on behalf of one of MAGIM's investment advisory 
    clients. As a consequence of legal advice recently received, we must now   
    notify you, by virtue of the DTR Handbook section 5.1.2R, of our new voting
    rights position in your company. This notification now excludes shares
