Net Asset Value(s)

The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of
Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC as at 30th June 2007 was £34.809 million.
The diluted net asset value of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to
have been 122.46p and the undiluted net asset value is estimated to have been
126.54p.
