                           Notification of Interest                            

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules KEFI Minerals has today received the following notifications
of current interests in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:

City Equities Limited acquired 15,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company
("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the placing announced to the market on 19
February 2009. This holding represented 11.57% of the total number of shares in
issue and 11.57% of the total voting rights in the Company. On 23 February
2009, City Equities Limited notified the Company that it had sold 15,000,000
Ordinary Shares. City Equities Limited no longer holds any Ordinary Shares and
therefore no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
