Chris Girling:  Non-executive Directorship

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Keller Group plc (the "Company")
announces that it has been advised that Chris Girling, Non-executive Director
of the Company and Chairman of its Audit Committee, has joined the Board of
Workspace Group PLC as Non-executive Director with effect from 7 February 2013.
