Board Appointment

For immediate release 26 June 2014 KELLER GROUP PLC BOARD APPOINTMENT Keller Group plc ("Keller"), the international ground engineering specialist, announces the appointment of Nancy Tuor Moore as an independent Non-executive Director with effect from today's date. She will chair Keller's Health, Safety & Environment Committee and be a member of the Nominations Committee and Audit Committee. Between 1992 and 2012, Nancy served three terms of three years each on the board of directors of CH2M Hill, Inc., a global leader in consulting design, design-build and project management, latterly as Group President and Corporate Sponsor for Sustainability. Prior to that, she held a number of senior executive roles within CH2M Hill, both in the US and internationally, most notably leading the Rocky Flats Closure Project in Golden, Colorado, the world's largest nuclear environmental clean-up programme, and delivering the Masdar City Project development, the desert community that aims to be carbon neutral and zero waste, in Abu Dhabi. Nancy is a Non-executive Director on the board of Global Food Exchange, a for-profit, venture-backed disaster response firm, and a member of the Board of Governors for Colorado State University. She has a degree in Economics from Portland State University. Roy Franklin, Chairman of Keller, commented: "We are delighted to announce this appointment.
