Keller Group plc ("the Company")                        

Keller Group plc was advised on 5 April 2006 that Terratest Tecnicas Especiales
SA ("Terratest") sold 225,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 488p
per share on 5 April 2006. Terratest is a connected person of Mr Pedro Lopez
Jimenez, a non-executive director of the Company.

Following this sale, the holding of Terratest in ordinary shares of the Company
is 4,366,985 representing 6.66% of the Company's issued share capital.
