Keller Group plc ("the Company")                        

Keller Group plc was advised on 7 April 2006 that Terratest Tecnicas Especiales
SA ("Terratest") sold 375,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 478p
per share on 7 April 2006. Terratest is a connected person of Mr Pedro Lopez
Jimenez, a non-executive director of the Company.

Following this sale, the holding of Terratest in ordinary shares of the Company
is 3,991,985 representing 6.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
