Director/PDMR Shareholding

                       Keller Group plc ("the Company")                        

Keller Group plc was advised on 8 March 2010 that Mr Robert Rubright, a
Director of the Company, had exercised, under the Performance Share Plan 2004,
options over 9,982 ordinary 10p shares in the Company ("Shares") and had
simultaneously sold 4,982 Shares at a price of 6.515p per Share to meet the tax
liability arising on the option exercise.

Following this transaction, Mr Rubright has a beneficial interest in 107,000
Shares, together with 169,212 Shares conditionally awarded under the
Performance Share Plan.
