Director/PDMR Shareholding

Keller Group plc ("the Company")                        

Keller Group plc was advised yesterday that Dr Wolfgang Sondermann, a Director
of the Company, exercised an option over 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company
on 29 June 2006. The exercise price was 231.5p per share for an option over
15,000 shares granted in 2001 and 251.0p per share for an option over 25,000
shares granted in 2003.

Following this transaction, Dr Sondermann holds 62,230 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
