Keller Group plc has today been advised that Terratest Tecnicas Especiales SA
('Terratest') has today sold 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price
of 410p per share. Terratest is a connected person of Mr Pedro Lopez Jimenez, a
non-executive director of the Company.

Following this sale, the holding of Terratest in ordinary shares of the Company
is 5,941,985 representing 9.1 % of the Company's issued share capital.
