External Board Appointment

EXTERNAL BOARD APPOINTMENT

Keller Group plc ("Keller"), the international ground engineering specialist,
announces the following external board appointment:

Ms Ruth Cairnie will be appointed as a Non-executive Director of Associated
British Foods plc, the international food, ingredients and retail group, with
effect from 1 May 2014.

Ms Cairnie has been a Non-executive Director of Keller since 1 June 2010 and is
a member of the Nomination and Health, Safety & Environment Committees and is
Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Ms Cairnie has held a number of senior international roles within Royal Dutch
Shell plc, most recently as Executive Vice President Strategy & Planning. Ms
Cairnie retires from Royal Dutch Shell Plc with effect from the end of April
2014.

There is no additional information required to be disclosed pursuant to
paragraph LR9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
