Keller Group plc ("the Company")

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS - UPDATE

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules sourcebook
transitional provision 6, the Company advises that since 19 December 2006 its
capital has increased by 40,000 ordinary shares with voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares
is 65,852,074.

The above number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
