issued share capital following the allotment of 50,000 ordinary shares. The
correct amount is 13,418,799. All other items remain the same and the correct
announcement follows.

HEADLINE: Issue of Equity
The Board of Keystone Investment Trust plc (the `Company') announces that it
has today issued and allotted 50,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company
at a price of 1338.5p per ordinary share.
The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing shares and
application is being made for them to be admitted to the Official List and to
trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
Following this issue and allotment the total number of ordinary shares in issue
is 13,418,799 which should be used as the denominator for calculating interests
in the Company.
