The Directors of Keystone Investment Trust plc announce that they have declared
an interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2010, of 17.5p per
ordinary share, payable on 30 March 2010 to Ordinary Shareholders on the
register on 12 March 2010. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 10 March
2010.
