In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Lancashire Holdings Limited announces
that Mr. Neil McConachie, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that
with effect from, 5 November 2013 he became a director of Third Point
Reinsurance Ltd. and its wholly owned subsidiary Third Point Reinsurance
Company Ltd. Third Point Reinsurance Ltd.'s common shares are listed on the New
York Stock Exchange and began trading under the ticker symbol "TPRE" on 15
August 2013.
