Lancashire Insurance Company (UK) Limited appoints Paul Gregory as Chief
Executive Officer and Hayley Johnston as Chief Underwriting Officer
Lancashire Holdings Limited ("Lancashire" or "the Group") today announced the
appointment of Paul Gregory as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company's
London operation, Lancashire Insurance Company (UK) Limited ("LUK") and the
promotion of Hayley Johnston as Chief Underwriting Officer. Hayley has also
been appointed to the board of LUK, effective 1 May, 2014. Both these
appointments are subject to regulatory approval. Paul also continues in his
role as the Group Chief Underwriting Officer.
Hayley Johnston joined Lancashire in September 2007 as a member of the
underwriting team. In May 2011 Hayley was appointed Deputy Chief Underwriting
Officer for LUK, in addition to her outwards reinsurance manager role. She was
responsible for the underwriting of the Marine and Aviation accounts.
Commenting on the announcement, Lancashire Group Chief Executive Officer, Alex
Maloney said "I congratulate both Paul and Hayley on their well deserved
