Treasury Shares - Transfer
In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Lancashire Holdings Limited (the
"Company") announces that on 17 May 2012 it received confirmation that the
transfer of 610,559 common shares from Treasury took place to satisfy exercises
of warrants at an exercise price of U.S. $5.00.
The transfer of up to 10,948,445 common shares from Treasury was authorised at
a meeting of the Company's Board of Directors on 3 November 2011.
Following this transfer, the Company has a total of 6,837,886 common shares
held in Treasury and a total of 161,764,541 common shares in issue, excluding
common shares held in Treasury.
