Change of Chief Financial Officer

After nearly 6 years as Chief Financial Officer Peter Skeggs left the Company
on 23 May 2003 to pursue new challenges. We would like to thank Peter for his
contribution to the Corporation and wish him all the best for the future.

Caroline Banszky, Managing Director, takes temporary charge of the finance
function until a successor has been confirmed.
