Notification of transaction of a director in shares of
The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. ("the Corporation")

The following notification is given under UKLA Rule DR 3.1.4R (1) (a).
Mrs Caroline Banszky, the Managing Director of the Corporation has today
notified the Corporation of the following dealing in the 5 pence Ordinary
Shares of the Corporation:
1. Cross trade
Mrs Banszky has today transferred by cross trade 45,790 shares from her
personal share account to her SIPP account on the open market at a price of
285.50 pence.
Mrs Banszky's total holding of Ordinary Shares of the Corporation following
this transaction, which was undertaken for the purpose of her personal
financial planning, is unchanged at 144,351 shares (representing 0.12% of the
issued share capital of the Corporation).
