Mrs Caroline Banszky, the Managing Director of the Corporation has today
notified the Corporation of the following dealing in the 5 pence Ordinary
Shares of the Corporation:

Exercise of options

Mrs Banszky has today exercised her holding of options granted in 2004 under
the Corporation's 2002 Executive Share Option Scheme ("EXSOS"), the performance
conditions having previously been met, as follows;

Total options exercised 31,364

Exercise price 228.2 pence

Following this exercise, Mrs Banszky does not have any outstanding Executive
Share Options.
