HALF YEARLY REPORT - A CORRECTION
Further to the publication on 24 July 2012 of the Corporation's half yearly
report, an error has today come to light within the commentary section "Half
yearly management report" under the heading "Independent fiduciary services".
That section as published reads:
"Revenues, net of cost of sales, which represent legal costs recharged to
clients, increased by 2.0% and while costs continued to be tightly controlled,
profit before taxation decreased by 0.2%." [underline added for emphasis].
The profit before taxation actually decreased by 2.5%.
All other figures in the management report are correct, as is all of the
financial information relating to the Corporation and its subsidiaries.
For further information, contact Ian Bowden on 020 7696 5285.
