Net Asset Value - The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. - CORRECTION

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV")
at 21 April 2006 was 309.61 pence per share. The mid-market price at the close
of business that day was 331.25 pence per share.

This notice replaces the announcement made on 24 April, which incorrectly
stated that the NAV as at 21 April was 307.66 pence per share.
