Net Asset Value - The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c.

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV")
at 15 June 2012 was 335.74 pence per share. The mid-market price at the close
of business that day was 362.20 pence per share.

Addendum

In our announcement of 1 June 2012 (`Net Asset Value and Portfolio Update'), we
incorrectly stated that the close of business share price on 31 May was 361.40
pence per share. This should have read 361.00 pence per share. All other data
in that release was correct.

Important Note:

The NAV does not include income and is now calculated and published in
accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. All NAV
announcements prior to 5 August 2005 were calculated under UK Generally
Accepted Accounting Principles.
