Net Asset Value - The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c.

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV")
at 22 March 2013 was 421.02 pence per share (ex income) and 423.45 pence per
share (cum income). This includes the proposed 2012 final dividend of 9.75
pence. With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV is
reduced by 6.63 pence per share. The mid-market price at the close of business
on 22 March was 466.50 pence per share.

Important Note:

The NAV is calculated and published in accordance with International Financial
Reporting Standards. All NAV announcements prior to 5 August 2005 were
calculated under UK Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
