Net Asset Value - The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c.

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV")
at 24 January 2014 was 466.28 pence per share (ex income) and 477.06 pence per
share (cum income). With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value,
the NAV is reduced by 6.09 pence per share. The mid-market price at the close
of business on 24 January was 530.00 pence per share.

Important Note:

The NAV is calculated and published in accordance with International Financial
Reporting Standards. All NAV announcements prior to 5 August 2005 were
calculated under UK Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
