The Company gives notice of the publication today of its annual report and
accounts for the year ended 31 March 2008.

Copies of the above document, together with the Notice of AGM, Proxy Form and
the proposed new Articles of Association have been submitted to the UK Listing
Authority, and are available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's

At the Annual General Meeting to be held on 2 July 2008, it is proposed that
the Company adopt new Articles of Association to take account of changes in
English company law brought about by the Companies Act 2006. A summary of the
proposed principal changes is set out in the explanatory notes, which are
appended to the Notice of AGM.
