Notification of transactions of directors/persons discharging managerial
responsibilities
The information contained in this notification is disclosed in accordance with
DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial
Services Authority.
Liontrust Asset Management PLC ("the Company") was informed on 11 July 2008 of
the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p ("Shares"):
On 11 July 2008, Nigel Legge, Vinay Abrol, Jeremy Lang and William Pattisson,
directors of the Company, were allocated Shares as a result of the investment
of dividend income through their participation in the Liontrust Share Incentive
Plan at a price of 238p per Share.
The number of Shares allocated to such directors (and which are held on their
behalf by Liontrust Trustee Limited) were as follows:
