Notification of directors' interests: Companies Act 1985 s.329

The Company was notified on 6 March 2003 that Nigel Legge, a director of the
Company, inherited 3,426 from his late mother's estate which were transferred
to him on 4 March 2003. This takes his holding to 1,754,711 ordinary shares
representing approximately 5.24 per cent. of the ordinary issued share capital
of the Company.
