2004 of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:

Nigel Legge and Andrew Yates, directors of the Company, are participants in the
Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the 'ESOP') and on 4 August 2004 were
each allocated 111 ordinary shares at a price of 339p per share.

Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 880,981 ordinary
shares or 2.52% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Andrew Yates'
total interest following this notification is 483,592 ordinary shares or 1.38%
of the total issued share capital of the Company.
