2004 of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:

Nigel Legge and Andrew Yates, directors of the Company, are participants in the
Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the 'ESOP') and on 18 June 2004 were
allocated 115 ordinary shares each at a price of 326p per share.

Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 880,703 ordinary
shares or 2.52% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Andrew Yates'
total interest following this notification is 483,284 ordinary shares or 1.38%
of the total issued share capital of the Company.
