2005 of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:

Nigel Legge, Vinay Abrol and Andrew Yates, directors of the Company, are
participants in the Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the 'ESOP') and on
17 February 2005 were allocated 118 ordinary shares each at a price of 318p per
share.

Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 892,659 ordinary
shares or 2.54% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Vinay Abrol's
total interest following this notification is 404,480 ordinary shares or 1.15%
of the total issued share capital of the Company. Andrew Yates' total interest
following this notification is 495,280 ordinary shares or 1.41% of the total
issued share capital of the Company.
