2003 of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:

William Carey, Nigel Legge and Andrew Yates, directors of the Company, are
participants in the Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the 'ESOP') and on
4 August 2003 were allocated 115, 115 and 149 ordinary shares respectively each
at a price of 470p per share.

Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 1,379,712 ordinary
shares or 3.95% of the total issued share capital of the Company. William
Carey's total interest following this notification is 1,556,826 ordinary shares
or 4.46% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Andrew Yates' total
interest following this notification is 482,286 ordinary shares or 1.38% of the
total issued share capital of the Company.
