of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:

Nigel Legge and Vinay Abrol, directors of the Company, are participants in the
Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the 'ESOP') and on 20 May 2005 were
allocated 151 ordinary shares each at a price of 249p per share.

Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 893,055 ordinary
shares or 2.54% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Vinay Abrol's
total interest following this notification is 404,875 ordinary shares or 1.15%
of the total issued share capital of the Company.
