2004 of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:

Nigel Legge, Vinay Abrol and Andrew Yates, directors of the Company, are
participants in the Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the 'ESOP') and on
7 October 2004 were allocated 121 ordinary shares each at a price of 310p per
share.

Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 881,229 ordinary
shares or 2.52% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Vinay Abrol's
total interest following this notification is 393,040 ordinary shares or 1.12%
of the total issued share capital of the Company. Andrew Yates' total interest
following this notification is 483,840 ordinary shares or 1.38% of the total
issued share capital of the Company.
