2005 of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:

Nigel Legge and Vinay Abrol, directors of the Company, are participants in the
Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the 'ESOP') and on 16 December 2005
were allocated 156 ordinary shares and 166 ordinary shares respectively at a
price of 308p per share.

Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 894,123 ordinary
shares or 2.54% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Vinay Abrol's
total interest following this notification is 405,994 ordinary shares or 1.15%
of the total issued share capital of the Company.
