September 2006 of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:

Nigel Legge and Vinay Abrol, directors of the Company, are participants in the
Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the "ESOP") and on 18 September 2006
were allocated 106 ordinary shares each at a price of 354p per share.

Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 895,221 ordinary
shares or 2.55% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Vinay Abrol's
total interest following this notification is 407,131 ordinary shares or 1.16%
of the total issued share capital of the Company.
