2007 of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:

Nigel Legge, Vinay Abrol, Jeremy Lang and William Pattisson directors of the
Company, are participants in the Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the
"ESOP") and on 12 July 2007 were allocated 256 ordinary shares, 304 ordinary
shares, 36 ordinary shares, and 36 ordinary shares respectively at a price of
403p per share.

Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 897,302 ordinary
shares or 2.67% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Vinay Abrol's
total interest following this notification is 409,272 ordinary shares or 1.22%
of the total issued share capital of the Company. Jeremy Lang's total interest
following this notification is 94,326 ordinary shares or 0.28% of the total
issued share capital of the Company. William Pattisson's total interest
following this notification is 94,326 ordinary shares or 0.28% of the total
issued share capital of the Company
