Notification of directors' transactions
Liontrust Asset Management PLC ("the Company") has been notified on 19 December
2007 of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:
Nigel Legge, Vinay Abrol, Jeremy Lang and William Pattisson directors of the
Company, are participants in the Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the
"ESOP") and on 19 December 2007 were allocated 63 ordinary shares, 76 ordinary
shares, 9 ordinary shares, and 9 ordinary shares respectively at a price of
330p per share.
Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 897,365 ordinary
shares or 2.67% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Vinay Abrol's
total interest following this notification is 409,348 ordinary shares or 1.22%
of the total issued share capital of the Company. Jeremy Lang's total interest
following this notification is 94,335 ordinary shares or 0.28% of the total
issued share capital of the Company. William Pattisson's total interest
following this notification is 94,335 ordinary shares or 0.28% of the total
issued share capital of the Company
