At the Annual General Meeting of Liontrust Asset Management plc held today all
nine resolutions contained in the notice and put to the meeting were
unanimously passed on a show of hands. The percentage of proxy votes cast in
favour of the resolutions ranged from 88.76% to 99.99%.

Extraordinary General Meeting

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Liontrust Asset Management plc held
today the ordinary resolution contained in the notice and put to the meeting
was unanimously passed on a show of hands. The percentage of proxy votes cast
in favour of the resolution was 99.99%.

The full text of the resolutions passed as Special Business at the Annual
General Meeting and the resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting
has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available
