At the Annual general Meeting of Liontrust Asset Management plc held today all
ten resolutions contained in the notice and put to the meeting were duly
passed. The percentage of votes cast in favour of the resolutions ranged from
97.55% to 100.00%.

The full text of the resolutions passed as Special Business at the Annual
