Board Changes

30 June 2009 Parallel Media Group Plc ("PMG" or the "Company") Board Changes The board of PMG, the AIM quoted sports marketing business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stewart Mison as Group Managing Director with immediate effect. Stewart Mison has worked in sports and media marketing for all of his business career and brings to PMG proven management and business development skills. He joined PMG full time in July 2010 having consulted to the Group for the previous two years. Prior to joining PMG he created and was Managing Partner of futures sport+entertainment (www.futuressport.com) a specialist sports insights business within Interpublic Groups' digital communications group - Mediabrands. Stewart's clients included: Manchester United, Roland-Garros; Tennis Australia; Cricket Australia; Ferrari; Department of Sport and Culture; and the International Olympic Committee. In the early 1990's Stewart was Director of Sponsorship at IMG and then for a period of 10 years ran his own sports and TV marketing consultancy before becoming Senior Vice President at Octagon with responsibility for advertiser funded programming. He is married with two grown up sons. Outside of work Stewart is Chairman of a Theatre Charity and sits on the management board of the National Drama Festivals Association. David Ciclitira, PMG's Chairman, said: "I am delighted to welcome Stewart on to the board. I have known him for 20 years and he brings with him a wealth of experience and contacts. Together we will make a great team." In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the return of Serenella Ciclitira (also known as M.Serena Papi), the long term partner of David Ciclitira, as non-executive director with immediate effect. Serenella was previously Group Managing Director of the Company between 1992 and 2000. Before joining PMG, Serenella was the Deputy Managing Director of the pan-European-satellite-broadcaster: Super Channel. Serenella also has proven success in sports management as the former commercial partner to the Italian Rugby Federation at the time when Italy joined the Six Nations She also managed the Italian racing driver Gimmy Bruni. Serenella is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Art and co-founder of Korean Eye.
