Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has today been informed that Stewart Mison has today transferred
370,370 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP at 27p
per Ordinary Share. Following this transfer, there is no change in Stewart
Mison's beneficial interest in the Company, which remains at 612,500 Ordinary
Shares representing 3.97% of the Company's current issued share capital with
voting rights.
