The Company was informed on 24 January 2011 that Ranjit Murugason, a director
of the Company, had acquired 12,500 shares in the Company at 36.2p per share on
24 January 2011.

Following this acquisition, Mr Murugason is interested in 775,000 shares,
representing 5.02 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
