Issue of Treasury Shares & Directors' Holdings
London & Associated Properties PLC (the "Company")
On 9 November 2006 the Company issued 62,644 shares from treasury to cover the
payment of bonuses to directors and staff at 119.5 pence per share.
Directors receiving shares and their new beneficial holdings are as follows:

In addition, a further 19,690 treasury shares were issued to members of staff;
62,644 shares were therefore issued in total.
The Company now holds 6,088,357 shares in treasury. For reporting purposes
under section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the market should exclude any
shares held in treasury and use an issued share capital figure of 76,103,327
shares.
