Treasury Shares Issued For Share Incentive Plan

London & Associated Properties PLC ("the Company)

On 16 December 2010 the Company issued from Treasury 135,173 shares to cover
issues under the Company's HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan (SIP) to
directors and staff at 38.00 pence per share.

Directors and PDMR's receiving shares and directors' new beneficial holding
totals are as follows -
