Treasury Stock and Share Investment Plan

London & Associated Properties PLC ("the Company)

On 28 February 2011 the Company issued from Treasury 675,004 shares to cover
bonuses and issues under the Company's HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan (SIP)
to directors and staff at 41.75 pence per share.

Directors and PDMR's receiving shares and directors' new beneficial holding
